The "Accumulation" Strategy:
Because Tier 2 offers 4x the rewards of Tier 1, it pays to bundle your items!
• Example A: Two separate orders of $120 each will earn you $6.00 total credit ($3.00 each).
• Example B: One combined order of $240 will earn you $24.00 total credit.
Important Earning Rules:
Please keep the following in mind:
• Per-Transaction Basis: Tiers are calculated per checkout. We cannot combine separate orders to reach the Tier 2 threshold. To ensure accuracy, credits are reviewed and issued manually. Please allow 30–60 days from your purchase date for credits to appear in your account. If you have added an email to your account, you will receive an email confirmation once your credit has been manually applied.
• The "Final Subtotal" Rule: Your tier is decided by the amount after any discount codes are applied, but before taxes and shipping. Note: If a discount code drops your total from $250 to $230, your order will earn at the Tier 1 rate.
• $10 Increments: Credits are issued for every full $10 spent (e.g., a $29 purchase earns credit on $20).
• No Expiration: We want you to use your credit when you are ready. Your earned loyalty rewards & store credit will never expire.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do my rewards expire? Nope! Once the credit is in your account, it stays there until you’re ready to spend it.
Can I earn rewards on the portion I pay with store credit? Rewards are earned on the "out-of-pocket" subtotal. Any portion of an order paid for using existing store credit or gift cards does not earn new rewards.
What happens if I return an item? If an item is returned, the store credit earned from that specific item will be deducted from your loyalty balance. If a return drops your original transaction subtotal below $240, the remaining items will be recalculated at the Tier 1 earning rate.
Can I use a coupon or a discount code and still earn rewards? Yes. However, your reward tier will be calculated based on the final discounted subtotal, not the original price.
What happens if I haven't logged in for a long time? We love having you as a customer, but to keep our records up to date, we may deactivate accounts that have not logged in or made a purchase in five (5) years. If your account is closed due to inactivity, any accrued store credit will be forfeited. Don't worry, though—we will make an effort to contact you via email before taking this step.
Terms & Conditions
Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable. YoU Compression Wear® reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the program at any time upon 30 days notice to active members via email or by posting updates on our website.
Rewards cannot be earned on the purchase(s) of Gift Cards. If a discount is applied to a transaction, rewards are calculated based on the final discounted subtotal.
Please note:
• Our Saturday 10% discount on in-person and phone orders cannot be combined with the Loyalty Program.
• Accessory items are ineligible for earning Loyalty Program rewards.
YoU Compression Wear® reserves the right to disqualify any member from the program and invalidate any rewards if they suspect fraud, abuse of the program rules, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
To maintain database integrity, YoU Compression Wear® reserves the right to close customer accounts that have been inactive for five consecutive years, at which point any unused loyalty rewards will be forfeited.
